A New Look
The web site unveils its new look, and
expanded coverage, of the 2nd Battalion, 14th Infantry
Regiment. Battalion and Regimental history, from the
origins of the 14th Regiment right up to its current
operations in Iraq, have been added. The original
Vietnam links and information have been preserved - just use
the hyperlinks to the left beneath the "Vietnam" label to
find the Locator page, the Scrapbooks and rosters and
history. If you have bookmarked individual pages -
most of your links have not changed. I hope you'll continue to find
the content interesting and helpful. |

is the year the 14th Infantry Association will become a
reality! We have had a great response from Dragons
everywhere and plans are underway for our first Association
Meeting and
Reunion.
Contact us and become a part of this exciting project.
Let's make 2008 a great year for all Golden Dragons, past
and present.

October - Joins 4/23rd in
Operation KALIHI in the Filhol Plantation
November - 2/14 attached to 2nd Bde for Opn Attleboro in Tay Ninh
December - 2/14 creates base at Rach Kien for Opn LANIKAI
January - Conducts S&D, Airbornes from Rach Kien, Opn LANIKAI
February - Leave Rach Kien, move to Dau Tieng for security,
construction
March - At Rach Kien OPCON 4th Div, then back to Cu Chi at
mid-month
April - At Ben Luc (MAKALAPA), then Boi Loi Woods (MANHATTAN)
